2008 Nominating Committee Ballot
The five elected members of the Nominating
Committee will select the slate of candidates to run in
the
2008 Election of Officers, to be held this summer.
We encourage all fellow and student MESA
members to cast their vote to choose the 2008 Nominating
Committee.
Eligibility:
Only fellow and student MESA members are eligible to vote. Associate
members are not eligible.
Instructions:
Review the nominating committee candidate
biographical statesments (also available in the February
issue of the MESA Newsletter). You may cast your vote by returning
the tri-fold ballot included in your newsletter or you may
submit your vote electronically by completing the following
form. In order for your ballot to be counted your membership
must be current and you must vote for NO MORE THAN FIVE candidates
for the Nominating Committee. You must supply your NAME and
E-MAIL address for verification purposes.
Deadline: to
be counted, all ballots—electronic and by post—must
be in the office of the Secretariat by no later than
Friday, April 11, 2008, 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time.
