MESA invites publishers, non-profit organizations and other interested companies and organizations to participate in the MESA 2009 Book Exhibit. Book Exhibit Booth Lottery
MESA Lottery deadline is May 28, 2009. By filling out and returning your reservation (Form A) to MESA before May 28, 2009 ensures your reservation will be automatically entered into the Lottery. The Lottery does not guarantee that you will receive one of your 5 choices, but gives everyone an equal chance at the most desired premium booths. You don't have to participate in the Lottery to reserve a booth. After May 28, 2009, booths will be available on a first come, first served basis until November 1, 2009.
Advertise Your Publications/Booth
If you are renting a booth, consider
advertising in MESA's meeting program and the MESA
Newsletter. Exhibitor and multiple ad discounts are available. In addition, do a direct mailing by
renting MESA's member mailing list.

MESA’s Cooperative
Book Display (CBD) is for individuals, publishers,
organizations or other interested parties looking for
the opportunity to display books, journals, bulletins,
videos, and software for the purpose of obtaining future
sales through orders. Display fee is $40 per title and/or
item.

Book Exhibit Additional Badges - New Policy
Beginning this year, if you need additional badges other than the badges furnished with your booth reservation; single booth (2 badges), double booth (3 badges), and triple booth (4 badges), you will need to purchase the additional badge(s) either through pre-registration (on-line), or on-site registration at full price. Any additional badges will be available for pick-up at the main MESA Registration desk.
NOTE: Only authorized persons WITH EXHIBITOR BADGES/RIBBONS are allowed in the book exhibit area during setup day, Saturday, November 21, 2009 (#6 Agreement of Terms).
