Advertising Opportunities

Advertisements are accepted for the Association’s annual meeting program which is distributed to registered attendees at the annual meeting (circulation is anywhere from 1,500 to 2,000 people depending upon the location of the meeting). All ads are in black and white, except for the back cover. For the 2012 meeting, the deadline for the insertion order is October 01, 2012 with camera-ready copy due by October 08, 2012.
